Sprint will end throttling policy

Sprint Corp. customers received welcome news Tuesday: No more throttling. The Overland Park-based wireless carrier (NYSE: S) announced its new $80 plan for unlimited talk, text and data, but a number of customers were quick to point out the fine print, which said video speeds would be throttled, The Wall Street Journal reports.
