Starbucks, Target, CVS launch employment initiative

Nearly 20 large U.S. corporations are joining together to launch a plan to find jobs for 100,000 unemployed young Americans over the next three years. The effort, to be called the 100,000 Opportunities Initiative, will be unveiled Monday, the New York Times reports. Starbucks is spearheading the initiative and is being joined by 16 other companies, including CVS Health, Microsoft, Taco Bell, Target and Walmart.
