Apple Inc.’s live TV service has been delayed until 2016 because of slowly progressing talks between TV networks, but the Apple TV set-top box will still come out in September, according to a Bloomberg report. Apple has been in talks with TV networks such as those owned by CBS Corp. and 21st Century Fox Inc., but pricing of Apple's services and a lack of computer network capacity for a good viewing experience have stifled progress on the service's release, an unnamed source told Bloomberg.
