Tennessee one of best states for economic development, publication says

When it comes to economic development efforts, not many states do it better than Tennessee, according to one national trade publication. Area Development gave Tennessee a Golden Shovel Award for projects undertaken in 2014. Other states receiving a Golden Shovel Award include Georgia, Nevada, South Carolina and Texas.
