AT&T Inc. (NYSE:T) has agreed to offer a lower-priced Internet option to food-stamp recipients for four years once the merger with DirecTV (NASDAQ:DTV) is approved. The move comes after the Federal Communications Commission expressed a desire for such an option from the combined company, according to a letter AT&T sent to the FCC on July 1.
